Sports Chiropractic
Precise adjustments that restore how your spine and joints move — and how your nervous system controls them — so you recover well and perform at your best on the field, the court or the trail.
What sports chiropractic care gives you
You leave the first visit knowing what we found and what the plan is.
Precise adjustments restore motion where the spine or joints have become restricted.
Healthy spinal movement helps your nervous system coordinate muscles and movement.
Better movement and control usually make you a more efficient athlete.
Care aimed at the cause, rather than waiting and hoping the pain settles.
Regular checks pick up restrictions before they turn into problems.
Assess, adjust, then maintain
A sports injury is rarely just the sore bit. We assess how your spine, joints and nervous system are working together, adjust where movement is restricted, and support the surrounding muscles so your body can handle your sport again. Regular check-ups help keep it that way.
You will get a realistic estimate of return-to-sport timing at the first visit, and we will tell you if the honest answer is longer than you hoped.
What we treat
Ankle sprains, hamstring and calf strains, knee pain including patellofemoral and ITB, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff, tennis and golfer’s elbow, shin splints, groin and hip flexor strains, and the low back pain that comes with lifting and rotational sport.
Spinal and extremity adjustments, the Activator Method, soft tissue work, dry needling and taping — combined based on what your assessment shows.
Weekend athletes welcome
You do not need to be competitive to be treated properly. Most of our sports patients are people who run parkrun, play social netball or basketball, lift at the gym, or simply want to get back to what they enjoy without pain.
